PERSONALITY:

Insignio is quite the character. He has a detailed personality with many sides, most which are typically catered to the situation but the largest pieces consist of this headstrong idea that he believes he has to save everyone and that no one else can do it. He believes it has to be him to solve all the problems in the world and would even go as far as risking his own life, for he thinks it doesn't value to much.

As a pup, his father was always gone so from a young age, responsibilities were shoved onto him. Nio quickly became the bodyguard, and it soon he left no room for himself. It was always everyone else's feelings before his own and it hasn't changed. He was raised like this, and continues to act this way; conditioned to ignore his needs, wants, and safety for the sake of others. Because he grew up like that, he thinks he isn't allowed to stop saving people so he resorts to sleeping around to dull he pain and longing kept locked inside.

All of these things have led to him being unable to trust anyone too easily. Lets just say Insignio has seen a lot of bad things in his lifetime. Things no dog should have ever seen and things adults could never bare to witness. But, with his trust issues comes anger issues. Insignio has quite the temper and uses it to its full extent. Lashing out, bellowing, threats, and rage are all huge factors of his anger which he is known to use. In addition, Insignio is known to be aggressive, ruthless, and carries a very thick streak of revenge.

If Insignio ever gets angry enough, feels the need for revenge, or is just in the midst of war or such things, he can truly be a monster. His blood becomes fueled by his ruthless and aggressive nature, pushing him further then he would have ever intended. In the instant that he is angry and lashes out, it only takes him seconds to realize when he has gone too far. Apart from this side of him, Nio is a pretty relaxed and laid-back canine but if the need arises, he has no problem diving head first into anything.

Now for the smaller parts of his personality... Insignio is a con man for sure. He infuses confidence into people with ease and could manipulate them from there in any way he wishes, and his good looks don't hurt ether. But if things took a turn for the worst, Nio was exceptionally good at using anything and everything at his disposal in his own defense. Claws, rocks, branches, anything. It only takes him a matter of seconds to master its nature before he is efficient with the weapon of choice. And, if needed, Insignio is a great thief. Pick-pocketing, breaking into homes, cars, go into enemy camps unnoticed, anything.

Insignio is a caring soul underneath all that and also has a soft spot for pups. He knows his childhood wasn't all that great but tries his best to improve theirs. Whether big or small, he's always doing things to try and improve their day. Even if it were to impose on his own. But it isn't always pups, Nio is supportive of his family as well as people he hardly knows, even if it is on rare occasion. If you catch him in the act, you could easily use it against him to make him mad, but that's another matter.

Another piece to the puzzle is his impulsive, immature, and mischievous nature. Insignio is known to be impulsive and switch plans on the spot, whether it be safer, faster, or easier. He also tends to switch gears and change everything in a matter of seconds. He also has his moments where the puppy on the inside is brought forth. He becomes silly, loving, and outright crazy at times, just messing around and having a little fun now an again. Which also leads to his mischievous nature. When in this state of immaturity, it almost always leads to his mischievous side. This is where the fun and games begin, where Nio is in his element really, picking fun at everyone, and causing trouble whilst enjoying himself.

And, now for the last piece... Insignio is an emotionless mask. Sometimes it may not be apparent, but he hides behind this mask to find solutions when faced with danger or the endangerment of the loved ones live. It also happens when he wishes to hide the emotions of dealing with life's problems and even when he doesn't know how to express himself. So, all in all, Insignio has lots of pieces in his personality puzzle, but that's what makes him a canine, right?
