The smells here were overwhelming. The wolf couldn't even distinguish what any of them were though almost all of them made him want to vomit. Humans were disgusting enough in their 'clean' housing and cities but this place was revolting. There were strong smells of chemicals and other acidic things that would occasionally waft up his nose, making the brute choke with every breath. This place was most certainly not a place he would consider visiting again unless it was life or death.

The male let out a disgusted snort as he kicked some shiny object down the dirt hill he was stood on, raising his head to scan the area more. He'd come here looking for the final canine that would complete his pack, the one that would bring his perfect world closer. Of course, he was not going to accept just anyone in, which is why he'd made the effort to come all the way out here. The forests and lakes around the city seemed to have a lack of canines that suited his requirements for his world and as much as he'd tried to find them out there, they just didn't seem to be there. This had forced him to make the painful decision to move his search closer to the two-legged beings, though he was still such a distance off that discovery was only a slight worry. Perhaps it would all be worth it soon.

Noise echoed around the Junkyard and Acribus stood still, freezing on his dirt hill as he listened. Whilst he was not sure whether someone was there or if they were hostile or not, there was no point in not being polite. Politeness seemed to calm most canines he met down if their meeting started off a bit too energetically.

"Greetings, whoever is out there. Do come to face me, conversation would be lovely in this dreary place."

Jetamio looked around as she stood in front of a yellow large busted up vehicle. Human pups of different ages go into these buses like these and sometimes there were lots. This bus was rusted and bent several places, some of the windows cracked or even broken. One of its tires were ripped and flat while the others were filthy and low considering other vehicle paws.

When she couldn't see anyone she climbed inside the bus. There were several seats in the long vehicle, some tipped over, ripped with their white fabric laying everywhere, or the cushions gone. Jet padded deep into the bus and pushed away several of the cushions and white puffy fabric away that were piled together. At the bottom of the pile stood her blue stuffed rabbit. Gently she picked Max up and curled up in the pile of cushions. She laid her toy down gently on her shoulder and nuzzled it, taking in the scents. Pain and longing welled up in her chest. How much she wished Helen was alive and well, but she knew that was impossible. Her life then ended when she died and all she had left from that life was Max.

"Greetings, whoever is out there. Do come to face me, conversation would be lovely in this dreary place."

Her black floppy ears pricked up as she heard someone speak outside. Her heart pounding she got to her paws and put Max back where she found him and piled the cushions and that on top to hide him. She jumped on top of a seat and looked cautiously out. A few ways away she saw a black wolf standing on top of a dirty pile looking around.

Jet's brown eyes narrowed. Rarely you see wolves around the city especially this city. She wondered why he was here. Jet recalled there were wolves seeking to create packs. This could be my chance, she thought with a small grin. For a long time she has been living on the streets totally on her own. Recently she has decided to live in a pack, so she won't have to struggle so hard all the time to survive not to just find food, but so she wouldn't have to fight so hard to protect herself from other canines.

Slowly she climbed out of the bus and padded over to the brute, looking up at him. "Hmmm... is it a conversation you really want or something else?" she asked, her brown eyes blinking with slight amusement.
